Estelle is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, dedicated
to the Kripalu experience. Since starting a routine
yoga practice  twelve years ago, Estelle has studied
with many of Kripalu's senior teachers and
recently completed the  Professional Level
Certification.  She has been teaching in the Rochester
area for the past ten years.

Safety is paramount as classic Hatha Yoga is taught
with emphasis on self-awareness. Respecting the wisdom
of the body, she balances the personal with
traditional, the internal with the external. Estelle
believes in the practice and is very pleased to be
able to share it with others.
